MoFo Forum rules and posting guidelines

Post  Admin on Fri Nov 14, 2008 5:42 am

1. All messages express the views of the author not the forum and its administration.

Although the Mofo staff will attempt to keep this forum free from all objectionable content, it is impossible for us to review all submitted posts. Therefore, you acknowledge that all content present on these forums express the views and opinions of their author and not necessarily represent those of any external parties such as the administrators, moderators or webmaster. Hence, the management of this forum is free from all liability for the content within.

2. You must converse in an appropriate way to be allowed to participate in our community.

Messages which are found to be abusive, obscene, vulgar, hateful, slanderous, threatening, or which are otherwise in violation of any laws, deemed as such by the administrators, and at their sole discretion, will be removed. Users which have made posts falling into any of the above categories may face permanent banishment from the forum or their account may be subject to any other actions which are deemed appropriate by the administrators. This may require reporting you to the proper authorities or to your internet service provider.

3. Image and Data integrity is not the liability of Mofo.

As a user you agree to any information you have submitted being stored on our forum database. While this information will not be intentionally disclosed to a third party, Mofo cannot be held responsible for the possible corruption or theft of this data by illegal activities propagated by malicious users.

4.Please stay on topic when posting a new thread, or posting to a pre-existing thread.

Submission of a thread that is not relevant to any of the topics covered in the forums and sub-forums, or posts which are not related to the thread that they are submitted to, is against the rules. Repeated violation of this rule, after having been notified of this at least once, may lead to administrative action against your account.

When creating a new thread, use a thread subject which is understandable and describes the content of the thread properly. Use an appropriate forum for the thread.

Links to copyrighted or illegal material, discussion containing information of how to obtain such material, bypass protection methodologies of such material, or otherwise violate laws pertaining to such matters, will not be tolerated.

Thank you for reading the common sense rules.
